Special Issues 2020-21

Theories and Methodologies for Energy and Commodity Markets

Authors of selected papers presented at the conference will have the opportunity to have their work published in a special conference issue of Energy Economics. The purpose of this special issue is to bring together a collection of high-quality research papers on theoretical and methodological developments for energy and commodity markets of all kinds, including energy sources, energy products, metals, agricultural, and commoditized services (e.g., CO2 allowances).

The editors particularly welcome contributions that delve into original theories and methodologies, that develop and use nonstandard approaches of theoretical analysis, that pave the way to a deeper conceptual understanding of energy and commodity markets.

Complementary applications to actual data represent a plus.

Deadline for submission: September 30, 2021.

Applied Mathematical Finance and the Journal of Commodity Markets welcome submissions for their regular issues in the areas of energy finance and commodities.
